If you have already been handed over to a credit provider, they hold your application — we do not have visibility of their decision, their timelines or their account. Contact them directly and they will be able to help you far faster than we can.
If you are not sure which provider you were sent to, email us with the mobile number you applied with and we will tell you.
Reporting something suspicious
We never ask for an upfront payment and never charge applicants a fee. If someone contacts you claiming to be Finpandas and asks for money, please report it to legal@finpandas.com with as much detail as you can.
